X Small 14" (35 cm) :  will fit 27 cm to 31 cm     ( 6 mm Thick).
Small 16"(40 cm):       will fit 30 cm to 36 cm      (8 mm Thick).
Medium 18" (45 cm) : will fit 35 cm to 41 cm      ( 8 mmThick).
Large 20" (50 cm) :     will fit 40 cm to 45 cm      (10 mm Thick).
X Large 22" (55 cm) :  will fit 42 cm to 50 cm     (10 mm Thick).
